Our playground is opened, but still
"a work in progress". Thank you to all that donated and volunteered. The handicap accessible swings should be put up before the end of May, thanks to Juan Caba, and the
men in the Buildings and Grounds department. We are still in need of volunteers. The Tot Lot still
needs a crawl tunnel, the Tic-Tac-Toe board needs to be created and hung up, and a few other parts still need to
be built. There is painting and resealing that needs to be done, too.
The picket fence inscribing is moving along thanks to the Eastern Correctional Staff. If you know how to router letters into wood please write to us on the contact us page.
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED MAKE THIS DREAM A REALITY!!

We are just days away from opening the playground. Thanks
to Mike, Victor and the other volunteers that continue to work through the second "punch list" from Leather's. The
360 slide needs to be put back to its original position. If you can help please contact Mike.
If you want to help paint and seal the hand tiles, the sealent has arrived and was
donated by Rustoleum, please contact Karri.
The Ground Breaking/Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Ellenville

The Playground location is between the baseball
field and the basketball courts on Berme Rd just off of Route 52 at the base of the mountain.
